Our cooks work hard all day to provide a feast fit for heroes, with all of the food cooked to authentic medieval recipies. 
In fact in the last couple of years the kitchen has become one of the most popular parts of our events with the public. Our cooks can give lectures, demonstrations or just generally chat about all aspects of medieval cookery - and serve up a very fine meal !
